I am a Registered Nutritionist (R.Nutr) with a BSc (Hons) in Diet and Health and a post graduate Certificate from the IOC in Sports Nutrition. I have also had a previous career in the catering industry and ran my own outside catering business for 10 years.
I have developed and delivered a wide variety of nutrition training and workshops. Including training for early years practitioners, cookery classes for individuals with type 2 diabetes and workshops for sports events and parents as well as a weight management programme called HELP.
The Good Nutrition Guide is registered to deliver courses and training accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health.
Food first nutrition. I believe that most people can get the majority of the nutrients neccessary for good health from eating a healthy balanced diet so real food rather than supplements are usually top of my recomendations.
Someone once said "there is no such thing as a super food, just a super balanced diet" and I agree.
